Dr.
Uttam Mete obtained his M.Sc. degree in General Surgery
and M. Ch. in Urology both from Post Graduate Institute of Medical
Institute & Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh. He is also the Fellow
of Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh). Currently he is working
as faculty member in the Department of Urology in PGIMER, Chandigarh.
His area of interest is uro-oncology and urolithiasis. |

Dr. P. Kannan obtained
his M.V.Sc
and Ph.D. degree in Veterinary Bacteriology from Indian Veterinary
Research Institute, Izatnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Presently he is
working as a scientist at National Institute of Research in Tuberculosis
(NIRT),
Chennai. His area of interest is understanding the gene regulation
and protein transport mechanism in M. tuberculosis and
virulence studies in animal models.

P. L. Natarajan obtained
his M.B.B.S degree from Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai and
Ph.D from Madras University, Chennai. Currently he is working
as
Scientist "B" in HIV-TB clincal trials in National Institute
for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT), Chennai. |

Jagadish
Chandrabose S is currently working as
a scientist in National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis
(ICMR), Chennai and he is awaiting to defend his Ph.D. viva-voce.
He is interested in designing vaccine for tuberculosis and HIV. |

Dr.
Ritu Gupta is an additional
Professor at the Laboratory Oncology Unit of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar
Institute Rotary Cancer Hospital at AIIMS, New Delhi hold M.D.
degree in Pathology from Kasturba Medical college, Manipal. Her
laboratory
deals with diagnosis, prognostication and treatment monitoring
of patients with hematological malignancies. She is actively
involved
in many research projects on multiple myeloma, chronic lymphocytic
leukemia and acute myeloid leukemia. |
