Gagandeep Kaur
has done her Msc (hons) in Microbiology from Panjab university, Chandigarh. Currently, she is working as a JRF for a DST funded project. Her work is focussed on metatranscriptomic analysis and functional characterization of metabolically active genes of microbial consortium of polluted soil and water.
Dr. Jyothi V. Mallia
obtained her Ph.D. degree in Science (Genetics and Biotechnology) from Manonmaniam Sundarnar University, Thirunelveli. Currently, she is working as postdoctoral researcher under DST (WOS-A) scheme in National Institute for Research In Reproductive Health (ICMR). Her area of research is cytogenetics and molecular studies in spontaneous abortion.
Ms. Neeta Salgaonkar
obtained her M. Sc. degree in Biotechnology from University of Mumbai. Currently, she is working at Dr. D. Y. Patil Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Institute, Pune. She is involved in identifying the antioxidative DNA damge properties of Chito-oligosaccharides, biologically extracted from seafood waste. Her research interest involves molecular biology and enzyme technology.
